Job Profile

We are seeking an experienced Financial Services Professional to join our team.

As a Home Lending Specialist, you will work closely with customers to understand their financial goals and provide tailored solutions to achieve them. This is a pivotal role within our Retail network, focusing on generating lending growth and identifying cross-sell opportunities.

A typical day will include:

  • Holding meaningful conversations to determine customer goals and aspirations
  • Increasing growth and managing retention of a consumer lending portfolio
  • Proactively working to acquire new-to-organisation customers
  • Supporting the Branch Manager to help uplift the performance of the wider branch team
  • Retaining existing customers by offering appropriate financial solutions that add value to their lives

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience of Home Lending/Mortgage or Credit products
  • A passion for building strong relationships within your community and surrounding network
  • Exceptional communication skills coupled with superior stakeholder management experience
  • Charisma, drive, ambition, and a genuine appetite for uncovering the financial needs of customers
