About the RoleThis apprenticeship is designed for individuals who are eager to learn and grow within the industry. As a Glass Repair Technician, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, working closely with a supportive team to ensure timely completion of tasks, and developing a strong understanding of windscreen re-calibrations and chip repairs.
Key Responsibilities:- Undergo the O'Brien Cert III in Automotive Glazing through our comprehensive training program.
- Participate in ongoing learning and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve service delivery targets.
- Develop a strong understanding of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) and windscreen re-calibrations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring complete satisfaction with each interaction.
- A valid driver's licence is essential, with the ability to drive both automatic and manual vehicles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Retail or automotive knowledge or experience is an advantage, but not required.
- A strong attention to detail and accuracy is crucial for success in this role.
- A competitive salary package, including $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
