As a visual storyteller, you will be responsible for capturing compelling video content using camera equipment both fixed and handheld. This involves ensuring each shot contributes to the narrative and visual goals of the project.

You will also take charge of designing lighting setups that effectively convey the mood and style of our videos, enhancing both the aesthetic and emotional impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate camera equipment to capture high-quality video content.
  • Design lighting setups that meet the required mood and style.
  • Collaborate with the production team to brainstorm and implement visual strategies.
  • Maintain and manage camera and lighting gear, troubleshooting any technical issues.
  • Coordinate setups and breakdowns efficiently, meeting deadlines and staying on schedule.
  • Ensure every piece of content meets our high standards of visual quality and technical excellence.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and styles in camera work and lighting.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in camera operation and lighting, with a portfolio or reel showcasing your skills.
  • A solid understanding of cinematography and lighting techniques, adaptable to various settings and styles.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a small production team.
  • Proficiency in handling a range of camera and lighting equipment, including Sony FX Cameras, Aputure Lighting products, and gimbals.
  • Creative and proactive problem-solving skills.
  • An interest in gaming, social media, or entertainment.
