Wellbeing Specialist, Match Officials
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a part-time Wellbeing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of health and wellness principles and practices and relevant tertiary qualifications in allied health, wellbeing, or a related field.
The Wellbeing Specialist will be responsible for the implementation, delivery and ongoing maintenance of best-practice wellbeing programs for all contracted Umpires and Match Referees. Key responsibilities include providing strategic support in the development, implementation and delivery of the Match Official Engagement and Well-being framework and constructing individual plans as required for Umpires and Match Referees.
Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in allied health, wellbeing, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing wellness programs
- Demonstrated experience working within the parameters of your qualifications and competency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Possession of a current Working with Children Check
