We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment. Each day brings new challenges and opportunities to deliver great results.
About the Position:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring our store is clean, well-stocked, and welcoming to customers. This includes maintaining high safety standards, working independently, and following set instructions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer service with enthusiasm and efficiency
- Promote monthly specials and products while handling cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a high level of site presentation and stock management skills
- Work flexible hours, including evenings, mornings, and weekends as required
- Be comfortable standing for long periods and may require moderate to heavy lifting and reaching

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced retail environment
