Customer Success Manager Role

The primary responsibility of this position is to foster regular, planned interactions with customers to resolve issues and enhance product utilisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain long-term relationships with key accounts to retain a loyal customer base.
  • Guide customers through our organisational journey, facilitating access to essential resources and support.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies between customers and software, providing updates on new features and training opportunities.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction through proactive support and account-based activities.
Essential Skills and Experience
  • Previous customer-facing experience in a similar role.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to build trust and rapport.
  • Proactive approach with strong interpersonal and technical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a collaborative team environment.
