Global Health Initiative Director

We are seeking a Health Programs Manager to lead the delivery of our health programs with a near national footprint. This role is critical to the strategic and sustainable scaling of all health programs.
The ideal candidate will have experience leading high-performing teams, managing multiple portfolios, and interpreting financial analysis. They will also possess strong communication skills and the ability to influence at senior levels.
Key Responsibilities:">- Leading the Bupa Telehealth team and supporting the Healthcare Programs team.
- Managing the delivery of Bupa's telehealth services to the Health Insurance customer base.
- Overseeing the delivery of Bupa's health programs to the Health Insurance customer base.
Requirements:">
- Experience in management roles, ideally within strategy, finance, or commercial functions.
- Tertiary qualifications are desirable and skills or training in business management, health service, or related disciplines are an advantage.
- Exceptional internal and external stakeholder management including negotiation skills.
- A track record of achievement and delivery in a relevant commercial field.
- Strong understanding of customer experience and customer centricity principles.
