As a Customer Authentication Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the integrity of our customers' digital identities.

Job Overview

The Customer Authentication department is responsible for conducting due diligence on customers applying for digital certificates. Our team operates in a global arrangement, providing 24x7 support for multiple regions.

This role involves reviewing applications, verifying information, and deciding if an applicant is eligible to receive a digital certificate. You will also assist customers with queries, resolve issues, and build relationships to foster customer loyalty.

You will participate in projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, mentor new team members, and contribute to the development of our authentication processes. To be successful, you should possess excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.

Fluent English and Korean language skills are essential for this role. A diploma or bachelor's degree is desirable but not mandatory. Experience in policy compliance roles is advantageous.
