Clothing Stocker

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a seasonal stocker. As a stocker, you will play a critical role in maintaining attractive merchandise presentation, assisting members, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities- Fold, straighten, and arrange clothing on stacked pallets to maintain a visually appealing presentation
- Hang and straighten clothing on racks, straighten shoes, underwear, and other clothing items
- Follow merchandising standards and practices, aligning merchandise, grouping items by color or size, and collecting stray items
- Clear sales floor of debris, remove empty pallets, operate cardboard baler and trash compactor
- Communicate with supervisors to report progress and receive direction
- Provide prompt and courteous customer service to members, employees, and suppliers
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Self-motivation, organization, and prioritization skills
- Team player with flexibility and adaptability
- Ability to comply with new programs, methods, practices, and procedures
