Role Overview:

">Heavy Equipment Maintenance Specialist

This is a key role within our organization, focusing on the maintenance and reliability of our heavy vehicle plant fleet.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of workmanship while working to tight schedules.

  • Implement and maintain safe work practices to minimize downtime and ensure quality and cost efficiency in all repairs and maintenance.
  • Diagnose and repair complex faults using appropriate diagnostic tools and equipment.
  • Work closely with direct managers and supervisors to plan and prioritize maintenance activities.
  • Maintain and service plant and truck fleet equipment to optimize performance and extend lifespan.
  • Assist with planning and maintaining service schedules to meet operational requirements.
  • Source parts from suppliers to ensure best value and quality.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and lubricating machinery and equipment.
