Transforming healthcare through compelling narratives and driving real outcomes requires a skilled conversion copywriter. We're looking for an expert writer to craft persuasive stories, build trust, and drive action.
Key Responsibilities:- Craft engaging content across patient touchpoints from webpages to onboarding to long-term retention.
- Translate complex health topics into clear messaging that builds trust and drives action.
- Identify gaps in persuasive arguments by sourcing testimonials, statistics from research, and expert quotes.
- Synthesize real patient insights to shape persuasive, patient-first messaging.
- A/B test work and optimize it using data and best-practice techniques.
- Maintain consistency in tone, narrative, and brand messaging across channels and formats.
- Collaborate closely with design, lifecycle, product, and growth teams to shape and scale the patient experience.
- Extensive experience writing conversion-focused copy for D2C brands.
- Strong instinct for messaging that converts.
- Ability to thread cohesive messages throughout the customer journey.
- Experience with landing page optimization, email marketing, and UX writing preferred.
- Sharp, empathetic writer who can balance clarity with persuasion.
- Experienced with AB testing and energized by data, feedback, and iteration.
