We are seeking an experienced project design engineer to lead the development of innovative solutions for complex design challenges.
This role involves overseeing and achieving successful outcomes for hydraulic hay processing equipment, ensuring alignment with automation and production goals, and safety standards.
About the Role:- Lead the design review process for new hydraulic hay processing equipment, validating specifications and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Evaluate technical suitability and feasibility of proposed designs, identifying areas for improvement and recommending modifications to enhance reliability, maintainability, and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement automation-driven improvements to optimize equipment design, reduce manual handling, and improve production efficiency.
- Review and validate detailed manufacturing design specifications for new hydraulic hay processing equipment.
- Assess design specifications of control systems, including PLCs, sensors, and actuators.
- Participate in equipment installation, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure performance targets are met.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in manufacturing engineering or industrial automation, preferably in heavy machinery, hydraulics, or agricultural equipment.
- Strong understanding of hydraulic systems, automation technologies, and production line integration.
- Proficiency in industrial control systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
