About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Siebel Consultant and Developer to join our team at DXC Technology Inc. as a key member of our Siebel practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Siebel solutions using configuration, EAI, EIM, and PL/SQL.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage Dev and SIT environments.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior team members.
  • Design and develop customized tools to maintain and support Siebel applications.
  • Work with clients to understand their business needs and provide solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Participate in troubleshooting and resolving integration-related issues.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks to meet deadlines.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in the IT industry and Siebel.
  • Strong knowledge of Siebel 6 architecture and deployment methodologies.
  • Experience throughout the software development life cycle and Siebel application support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • ITIL v3 or v4 certification.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Siebel configuration, Assignment Manager, EIM, Workflows, Business Services, and eScript.
  • Integration experience using EAI, VBC, web services, MSMQ.
  • Strong knowledge of the Siebel Data Model, Databases, MSSQL Server, and Oracle.
  • Experience with Siebel Call Centre or any Base application.
  • Experience with at least one of the vertical applications, such as Banking or Finance.
  • Integration experience with Siebel Out of the Box adapters, web services, VBC, EBC, and JMS queues.
  • Thorough understanding of Siebel Schema and performance tuning.
