Director of Creative Vision

At our company, we're seeking a Director of Creative Vision to spearhead the development of our brand identity. This is a critical role that requires a seasoned creative professional who can lead and mentor our team of talented designers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design, ideally with experience in branding and visual identity. They will be responsible for leading visual discovery meetings, creating and presenting pitches to clients, and managing the quality control process for all visuals.

We're looking for someone with excellent communication and leadership skills, who can work closely with our Strategy Director to ensure on-brief ideation and collaborate with our Tech Director to ensure on-brand website roll-outs. The successful candidate will also be responsible for shaping our internal projects and adding value through mentoring the design team.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor our tight-knit team of creative graphic designers
  • Work with our Strategy Director to ensure on-brief ideation
  • Work with our Tech Director to ensure on-brand website roll-out
  • Lead visual discovery meetings to capture the creative brief
  • Present visual brand pitches to clients
  • Manage QC for all visuals
Qualifications:
  • 8 - 10 years minimum in a design role
  • Preferred brand design and visual identity focus
  • Agency experience is a must
  • Current portfolio to be submitted with your application
  • Paid birthday's off
