About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and engaging Retail Assistant to join our OPSM team. As a Retail Assistant, you will be involved in the customer's journey from initial consult and pre-testing, to customising high-fashion frames to suit their lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience
  • Assist customers in selecting the right frames and lenses for their needs
  • Process transactions and handle customer payments
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets
