Job Title:

The role of Customer Service Professional involves providing exceptional service to customers, resolving their enquiries, and operating effectively across multiple functions within a dynamic team.

As a key contributor to the Customer Experience team, you will possess excellent communication skills, including conflict resolution, and be able to provide high-level service for this position.

You will be rostered to work various shifts, including staggered start and finish times, to meet operational requirements.

We are seeking a quick thinker with good problem-solving skills, resilience, and a focus on quality customer excellence.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Providing customer service with a genuine interest in resolving customers' enquiries.
  • Receipting, processing various customer payments, cashier balancing, and general administrative duties.
  • Operating effectively across multiple functions within the Customer Experience team.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role in a contact centre or call centre.
  • Local government experience is highly desirable.
  • MS Office skills, good attention to detail, excellent communication skills, including conflict resolution.
