About the Role
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will create functional and engaging digital experiences for our customers. You will work closely with technology and operations teams to develop scalable and future-ready solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect solutions that align with engineering guardrails, platform standards, and DevSecOps principles.
- Ensure all deliverables meet non-functional requirements, including performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
- Apply a proactive mindset to solve complex challenges and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, transparency, and shared ownership of outcomes.
Requirements
- 4+ years' software engineering experience across multiple programming languages.
- 3+ years' experience leading, mentoring, and advising engineering teams.
- Experience supporting high-availability production systems.
- Desirable: Adobe Experience Manager Forms, API integration, component customisation, and Adobe Edge Delivery Services implementation experience.
