Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualised Behaviour Support Plans to address complex Behaviour Analytic needs
  • Provide direct and indirect MEBS interventions for clients with complex needs
  • Collaborate with professionals such as doctors, psychiatrists, speech and occupational therapists to create and implement personalised goals and checklists
  • Train and support colleagues, caregivers, and support workers on clinical techniques
