Assistant Centre Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Assistant Centre Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Centre Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the Centre Leadership Team in creating a safe and secure environment where children can thrive and grow.

  • A completed Diploma in Children's Services and/or Bachelor of Education (or working towards it)
  • Prior experience working in a long day-care centre in a leadership role or in a management role.
  • Ability to work Full time and flexible in shifts.
  • Sound practical knowledge and implementation of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
  • Good knowledge regarding child safety standards and child protection policies.
  • Budget and financial accountability experience.
  • Current First Aid and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates, and valid Working with Children check for VIC state.
