Comprehensive Dentist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Comprehensive Dentist to join our team in a modern, high-growth practice based in Melbourne.

Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped with the latest digital technology, including CEREC, CBCT, microscope, diode laser, on-site lab with 3D Printing, and a dedicated CAD/CAM design team for same-day or next-day workflows. Our team provides comprehensive dental care, treating most procedures in-house, with only some fixed orthodontics cases being referred out, and some full arch implant work.

About Our Practice
  • We have a newly fitted, fully digital setup since late 2020.
  • We are one of the most well-reviewed clinics in the area due to our cohesive, supportive team.
  • We operate as a fee-for-service practice, focusing on comprehensive dental care.
  • Most treatments are completed in-house within the team, including a dedicated endodontist on staff.
  • We welcome over 150 new patients per month, with priority allocation to new associates.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Full-time or part-time positions available, with a preference for full-time candidates.
  • We offer flexible weekdays, with every second Saturday required.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience is required.
  • We provide support for advanced cases, including scheduled mentoring and case discussions with our lead dentist.
  • Clinical hours: 8:30am – 6:00pm weekdays, 8:30am – 2:30pm Saturdays.
  • We offer a competitive compensation package, with higher earnings negotiable based on gross billings targets.
  • Left-handed dentist setup is available.
