Role Overview

The position of an Early Childhood Educator Associate is a great opportunity for experienced professionals to become part of a dynamic and supportive team.

As a key member of our centre, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education and care to children aged 0-5 years. You will work collaboratively with the Centre Manager and other educators to create a positive and engaging learning environment that fosters children's physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement educational programs in accordance with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Contribute to a safe and healthy environment that promotes children's well-being
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

Qualifications and Experience:

  • ACECQA approved Certificate III or Diploma qualification in Children's Services
  • Understanding of the EYLF and NQS
  • Proven experience working with children aged 0-5 years
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • First Aid certificate
