Your New Role
As a Speech Pathology Specialist with Altius Group, you'll work from our Orange office, providing Speech Pathology services to NDIS clients with specific eating and drinking needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and contribute to the development, implementation, monitoring, and review of the client plan.
- Deliver evidence-based services within the allocated hours of the client's NDIS plan.
- Coach and provide on-the-job support to team members and carers to improve their skills and knowledge of speech pathology.
- Maintain professional and ethical standards to achieve quality client outcomes.
About You
We're looking for a driven, autonomous, and passionate Speech Pathology Specialist with:
- Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology.
- Membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
- A current driver's license and car.
- Strong communication and adaptability skills.
