Job Title: Senior Merchandising ProfessionalAt our organisation, we are seeking a Senior Merchandising Professional to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about fashion and has excellent communication skills.
As a Senior Merchandising Professional, you will be responsible for managing our product range, working closely with suppliers and buyers to ensure timely delivery of products, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record in merchandising, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the product range across multiple product lines
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and reduce costs
  • Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers and buyers
  • Ensure timely delivery of products to meet customer demand
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and provide insights to inform future business decisions
Requirements:
  • 5+ years experience in a similar role
  • Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
