About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Occupational Therapist to join our team at ORS Group. As a key member of our NDIS allied health services team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and make a real difference in their lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services to clients across various settings, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, and community environments.
  • Conduct assessments and interventions, including Supported Independent Living (SIL) Assessments, Sensory Assessments, Assistive Technology (AT) Assessments, and Home Modifications Assessments.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to support clients in achieving their goals and improving their functional abilities.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and stakeholders to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in occupational therapy and NDIS services.

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy.
  • Registration or ability to become registered with AHPRA.
  • A car and driver's license.
  • A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
