Job Description:

As a seasoned leader, you will have the opportunity to spearhead our Care Home with empathy, courage, and integrity. You will be responsible for fostering a positive and engaged culture among employees, ensuring that every individual thrives in their role.

You will work closely with executive and clinical leaders, leveraging your expertise to create a warm and welcoming environment where residents feel truly cared for. With strong commercial understanding and budget management skills, you will drive sales, occupancy, and financial outcomes, while also developing and executing interventions to address business challenges.

Key responsibilities include creating a high-performing team, recruiting and retaining top talent, and facilitating career development opportunities through Bupa's learning and development programs. You will also collaborate with other leaders to drive transformational change, resulting in commercial and customer improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Leadership experience in a customer-centric environment, focused on enhancing engagement, experience, and acting on customer feedback
  • Strong commercial understanding, including budgets, resource management, and key levers for profitability
  • Experience driving continuous improvement efforts in large organisational settings
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to work with high-level industry partners and executive leaders
