About the Team:

Our Commercial Team at Beam Suntory Inc is responsible for driving category growth and identifying long-term strategies within the On-Premise channel. We are a dynamic and collaborative team that values expertise and innovation.

We are seeking a highly skilled Shopper Growth Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute shopper activation plans that deliver sustainable competitive advantage for Beam Suntory Inc's brands. Your expertise will be critical in creating effective partnerships with key stakeholders, including Marketing, BTL agency, On-Premise strategy & field sales team, and Suntory Global Spirits Insights team.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Develop and lead On-Premise shopper activation strategy for On-Premise customers.
  • Partner with the Group On Premise Manager to develop a long-term vision for the ON PREMISE category.
  • Establish category growth platforms for State Key Accounts.
  • Work closely with Sales and key account managers to develop and execute the annual On-Premise Channel Plan.
