About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ICT Program Manager to join our team at HiTech Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing critical ICT systems, intelligence analysis, risk assessments, and data platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Planning and Management: Develop and implement program plans, monitor progress, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the program budget, track expenditure, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams and external vendors to identify key requirements and opportunities.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks across multiple projects, collaborating with other Program Managers and Project Managers.
Requirements
  • Strong Budgeting and Resource Allocation: Proven knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures.
  • Program and Project Methods: Experience with Program and Project Methods, including MSP and Prince2.
  • Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of Salesforce CRM Software.
  • Proposal Writing: Experience in proposal writing is desirable.
