Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Operations Vulnerability Specialist to manage the end-to-end vulnerability management process across our supported infrastructure. In this role, you will oversee the remediation of vulnerabilities, prioritize and mitigate risks, and maintain open communication with stakeholders.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Own and operate the full vulnerability management process - from intake through remediation, tracking, deferrals, and closure.
  • Leverage ServiceNow Vulnerability Response to manage workflows, SLA tracking, and reporting.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports that give clear visibility into progress, backlog, and risk posture.
  • Analyze data from CrowdStrike, Qualys, and ServiceNow to identify trends, prioritize remediation, and escalate critical issues.
  • Lead governance sessions to ensure stakeholders are aligned on progress and priorities.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to track and resolve remediation blockers.
About You:

This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience with ServiceNow, particularly the Vulnerability Response module, and a solid understanding of vulnerability management platforms like Qualys or similar.
