Due to an internal opportunity, we are seeking an experienced Procurement and Claims professional to join our team.

The Planning and Claims Support role will involve:

  • Close collaboration with the Product team to ensure effective and efficient resolution of after-sales and quality issues, including problem resolution both internally and externally.
  • Supporting vendor claims and resolving product quality issues in a timely manner, ensuring costs involved are passed onto the relevant supplier, costs recouped, and avoiding similar issues from re-occurring in the future.
  • Supporting the Planning and Procurement Manager with the procurement of all SKUs, ensuring the correct products are ordered at the right time and at the agreed pricing.

About the Role

  • Prior experience in operational roles for importers, including all procurement, logistics, and claims handling.
  • Experience in complex environments.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Expedited day-to-day task management skills.
  • Exemplary administration skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple stakeholders and meeting deadlines.
  • Skill in meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
