About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salon Manager/Assistant Store Manager to lead our team at Hairhouse Cairns Central. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and promoting best practice store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Manage day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and compliance with company policies
  • Identify opportunities to drive sales growth and implement effective marketing campaigns
  • Cultivate a positive and inclusive store culture, promoting teamwork and employee engagement

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' retail management experience, preferably in the hair and beauty industry
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving business objectives
