Job Summary

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, ensuring seamless delivery of services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pharmacy Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of experienced Pharmacy Technicians and front-of-shop staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities for growth and development within the pharmacy, working closely with the management team to implement strategies for improvement.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers receive a high level of care and attention.
Requirements
  • Registration: Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Vaccination Accreditation: Vaccination accreditation is a must.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to work as a sole pharmacist and lead a team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
