Casual Weighbridge Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Weighbridge Operator to fill an exciting casual opportunity at our Sydney site.

About the Role:

The Weighbridge Operator will be responsible for operating a computerised weighbridge, recording all vehicles entering and leaving the site, processing orders, charges and collecting payment from customers, and liaising via 2-way radio with the control team and vehicles onsite.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a computerised weighbridge system
  • Record vehicle movements and transactions
  • Process customer payments and invoices
  • Liaise with control teams and drivers via radio communication
Requirements:
  • Familiarity with front-end reception or similar experience is essential
  • Weighbridge Operator experience is highly desirable
  • Sound numerical skills and attention to detail are required
  • Intermediate computer skills, particularly MS Office products, are necessary
