- Work Process Management: Ability to effectively manage work processes and proactively manage situations to achieve desired outcomes.
- Pressure Management: Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure and think clearly in challenging situations.
- Documentation and Computer Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in preparing client/service documentation and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook computer skills.
