We are seeking a skilled and experienced General Practitioner to join our team on a 6-month locum basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a GP to gain experience in a busy and well-established medical centre in the heart of Brisbane CBD.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and working effectively within a multidisciplinary team. They will be capable of working independently and collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care to a diverse patient base
  • Work effectively within a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
  • Participate in continuous learning and professional development to stay current with medical practices and standards

What We Offer:

  • Competitive remuneration package, including 70% billings or $150/hour (whichever is greater)
  • Mixed billing arrangement
  • Busy and dynamic work environment with a full patient base
  • Onsite Physio and full-time Nurse support
  • Use of Medilink and Medical Director software
  • Flexible work arrangements, including 4-5 days per week

Requirements:

  • General/Specialist (FRACGP) registration with AHPRA
  • Permanent Resident/Australian Citizen
  • Local to Brisbane, with no accommodation support available
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with patients and their families
