Lead Fitness Trainer

We are seeking an experienced Lead Fitness Trainer to join our team. This key role involves leading a team of trainers to deliver high-quality group sessions and motivate members.

The successful candidate will have the passion and energy to lead a group of trainers and drive our fitness community through events, challenges, and social media activities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Delivering high-quality Functional Training sessions: Develop and deliver engaging and challenging training programs that meet the needs of our diverse member base.
  • Driving our fitness community: Plan and execute events, challenges, and social media activities that foster a sense of belonging and motivation among members.
  • Achieving KPIs: Focus on delivering exceptional results in terms of member upgrades, retention, and growth targets.
  • Recruiting, training, and developing the coaching team: Identify, train, and mentor talented individuals to become part of our dynamic coaching team.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Group Training: Proven track record of success in a similar Group Training role within the fitness industry.
  • Strong leadership qualities: Ability to inspire, motivate, and direct a team of trainers to achieve exceptional results.
  • Certificate IV in Fitness: Current certification in Fitness is essential for this role.
  • First Aid and CPR: Up-to-date certification in First Aid and CPR is required.
