The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced engineer to lead our Maritime and Coastal team as a Technical Lead. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a variety of engineering projects, including coastal infrastructure projects, and to provide technical leadership to a small team of junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical stewardship of the Maritime Structures Team
  • Technical review of deliverables to ensure high technical standards
  • Mentoring and managing a small team of junior engineers
  • Management of engineering projects across the country
  • Delivering coastal infrastructure projects, including feasibility studies, condition assessments, and design of coastal structures
Requirements
  • Extensive technical experience in maritime structures and ports
  • Strong technical and numerical modeling skills
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into language understandable by clients and colleagues
  • Experience with Strand7 and Spacegass or equivalent packages
