Lead Financial Planner & Business Partner

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead financial planning and analysis for our global business. This is a high-impact role that partners across departments to drive commercial outcomes, support strategic initiatives, and deliver financial insights.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgeting processes that align with business objectives.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth, cost optimization, and process improvements.
  • Provide strategic financial guidance and support to business units, driving decision-making and resource allocation.
  • Lead financial modeling and assessment of new product development projects, ensuring accurate financial outcomes.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 5-10 years of finance and management experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills, with expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Collaborative mindset and customer service orientation.
