Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Computing Solutions Architect to assist customers with their incoming inquiries, assigned accounts, and renewals. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in developing relationships with key business and IT stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop relationships with key business and IT stakeholders and become an expert on a customer's implementation by knowing their top business goals and priorities.
  • Help customers achieve their business goals and outcomes by providing timely, proactive recommendations that will benefit customers' ongoing usage of Salesforce relating to the Platform product suite.
  • Attain Trusted Advisor status with both key business and technical decision-makers.
  • Work seamlessly with internal cross-functional teams to drive solution success for customers, including technical product enablement (roadmaps, features, etc).
Requirements:
  • Experience deploying applications on Heroku.
  • Relevant work experience in one or more of the following: Technical Sales, Technology Consulting, Customer Success, Technology Solutions Development, Technical and/or Solutions Architecture.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure.
  • Aptitude for both analyzing technical concepts and translating them into business terms, and for mapping business requirements into technical features.
  • Knowledge of the software development process and of software design methodologies.
Desired Skills:
  • Thorough familiarity with the database, application and network technologies used in Cloud Computing (e.g knowledge of network topologies and devices, database concepts and SQL, multi-tenancy).
  • Consultative selling, deep understanding of driving discovery cycles to identify customer business and technical requirements.
  • Ability to thrive in an agile/dynamic environment and role, often working independently to achieve customer success.
