The Role

We're seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Contract Quality Advisor. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring that contractors comply with our safety, environmental, and quality standards. This will involve conducting site audits, improving contractor performance, and identifying opportunities for business process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Action works field auditing to ensure compliance with safety, environment, and quality standards
  • Improve contractor performance through targeted support and training
  • Oversight of non-conformance management to prevent future issues
  • Administration of contracts to ensure timely completion and quality outcomes
  • Identification of business process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
  • Relevant trade qualification or experience in contractor or asset management
  • Understanding of construction, repair, or maintenance of water, sewer, and recycled assets
  • Basic understanding of network operations
  • Experience or qualifications in ICAM (Integrated Change Management)
  • Demonstrated understanding of relevant environmental practices
  • Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors
  • Basic project management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
