Occupational Therapist in Community Settings

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team, working across South West Sydney.
- About the Role:
- This is a fixed-term contract until November 2026, with potential for extension or permanency.
- You will work with various clients in community and residential aged care settings, providing services such as home assessments, equipment prescription, and home modifications.
- You will support and enable patients to achieve their goals and enhance their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing occupational therapy services to clients in community and residential aged care settings.
- Conducting home assessments and developing personalized plans to meet clients' needs.
- Prescribing equipment and modifying homes to promote independence and safety.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
Requirements:
- AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
- Experience in community and residential aged care settings, as well as rehabilitation.
- Ability to work independently and provide support to individuals in various care environments.
- Patient-centered approach and passion for better health outcomes.
