About the Role:
We are seeking a Funeral Services Director to lead our team in providing exceptional care and support to families during one of the most challenging times in their lives. As a Funeral Services Director, you will be responsible for ensuring our brand is well known in the community, providing quality service to our clients, and embracing and advocating the company's culture and high service standards.
About You:
- You possess the capacity to lead, develop, and inspire your team by creating a workplace where people feel valued, challenged, and proud to be part of the team.
- Operations, people, and finance management for an extremely high-volume location.
- Ability to deliver profit objectives while ensuring outstanding customer service levels.
- Sensitivity to circumstances involving grieving people, their values, and beliefs.
- Customer-focused with the ability to communicate effectively to all levels of the public.
- Empathy to interpret the needs of people and clearly communicate options to clients.
- Competent administrative and computing skills and an eye for detail.
- Flexibility to participate in after-hour duties, including occasional weekend arranging.
- Excellent written and oral communications skills.
- Hold a level of comfort in working with grieving families and the deceased.
- Unrestricted Driver's license.
