About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Academic Team Lead to join our team at this leading Catholic College in Melbourne's west. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality educational and well-being support to students in a caring and thriving environment.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

* Tertiary education qualification and relevant experience

* Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills

* Passion for supporting, inspiring, and developing students beyond the classroom

* Current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration

* Accreditation to teach in a Catholic school (or be working towards this)

Salary Information

This is a competitive salary position, commencing January 2025. The estimated annual salary range is $120,000 - $150,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
