Clinical Pharmacy Expert

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced clinical pharmacist to join our team in a hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality clinical pharmacy services, including pharmaceutical admission and discharge reconciliations.
  • Monitor medication outcomes such as therapeutic drug monitoring to ensure quality use of medicines.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to advise on patient care.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • General registration with AHPRA, with no restrictions.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in community pharmacy OR 1 year in hospital pharmacy.
  • Permanent Australian working rights.
  • Personal Indemnity insurance.
