Job Description

This is an exceptional opportunity for a results-driven individual who can lead a high-performing team and drive sales growth in a fast-paced retail environment.

As a Leading Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, including staff management, customer service, visual merchandising, and inventory control.

You will work closely with the store's leadership team to develop and implement strategies that meet business objectives and improve store performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing team
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Managing stock levels, inventory control, and visual merchandising

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar retail management position
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to analyze sales data and develop effective strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for leading and developing teams
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
