Leadership Opportunity in Retail Environment

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead a team of direct reports, setting an example of excellent service and supporting them to deliver friendly and helpful advice to customers.
  2. Coach the team on best practices and assist with inducting and training new members.
  3. Maintain high visual display standards across the store, ensuring merchandising aligns with business requirements.

The selected candidate will be expected to achieve results by working closely with their team and demonstrate a willingness to learn about new products and adapt to changing market conditions.

Requirements
  • Previous experience supervising a team in a dynamic environment.
  • Proven ability to coach and develop others, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
  • Ability to be approachable and confident when interacting with team members and customers.
  • A commitment to delivering excellent customer service and driving business results.
Selection Process
