National 360 is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in Bendigo. As a dynamic and growing organization, we offer a fantastic opportunity for an experienced practitioner to provide community, clinic, and telehealth services to NDIS participants.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to individuals with complex care needs, physical or neurological conditions, intellectual disabilities & psychosocial challenges.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families to enhance their quality of life.

  • You have access to your own vehicle and hold a current driver's license.
  • You have or are willing to obtain a NDIS Workers Check and Working with Children Check.
