Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned leader to join our team as a Centre Director. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who is passionate about creating safe and secure environments where children thrive.

This leadership role involves supporting the Centre Leadership Team in developing an exceptional culture of quality and safety that makes us the centre of choice in our community.

  • You will work closely with the Centre Manager and Leadership Team to create opportunities for growth and development, ensuring that every child receives the best education and care.

We believe in the importance of ongoing professional development and learning, and we offer exceptional coaching, conferences, mentoring, and career advancement opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Children's Services or Bachelor of Education, prior experience in a leadership role, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create a positive and inclusive culture that promotes respect, empathy, and understanding among all members of the centre community.
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
  • Maintain effective relationships with families, staff, and other stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
