Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Business Growth Manager to drive business growth and foster client relationships. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business expansion and developing strategic partnerships.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting market research, assessing sales leads, building a robust pipeline of prospects, negotiating quotations, and closing deals. Additionally, you will provide weekly status reports on opportunities and ensure high-quality client onboarding experiences.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
  • Delivering a target number of proposal presentations to prospects per month.
  • Achieving an agreed rate of conversion from prospect to contracted client.

Salary:$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in IT sales/business development.
  • A relevant Australian degree.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in ConnectWise, MS Office, and other IT systems.
