About the Role

This is a high-impact opportunity to shape the future of our Contract Management System (CMS). As a seasoned testing professional, you will lead the testing strategy for our Contract Management System Replacement Project.

You will take ownership of the end-to-end testing function, from defining the strategy through to execution and reporting. This role requires strong expertise in system integration testing, end-to-end business testing, and UAT coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define testing approaches, including risk-based test planning and opportunities for test automation.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to plan go-live readiness and ensure long-term system stability.
  • Lead a dedicated test team and ensure integrations, functionality, and performance meet high standards.
  • Take ownership of the end-to-end testing function, from defining the strategy through to execution and reporting.

About the Team

You are part of a large-scale IT transformation or system replacement program. You bring both the technical depth to design robust testing strategies and the leadership to inspire teams and stakeholders to deliver with confidence.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience leading testing in large-scale IT transformation or system replacement programs, ideally as a Test Manager, Senior Test Lead, or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with test automation tools — experience with Tosca is a strong advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, build, and lead high-performing testing teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence across technical and business functions.
