Job Overview

This role involves designing, building and scaling technology for a mobile platform that provides 24/7 support to users. The focus is on incorporating AI-driven solutions and intelligent agents into products.

The ideal candidate will work across the stack, from front-end experiences to back-end systems, experimenting with AI capabilities to enhance user support.

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-end engineering: Build and maintain scalable features across front-end and back-end systems.
  • AI integration: Design and implement AI-powered features, including conversational agents and predictive systems.
  • Experimentation & prototyping: Rapidly test AI models and frameworks to evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Collaboration: Work with product managers, designers, data scientists, and engineers to define opportunities where AI can add value.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in full stack software engineering, with exposure to AI/ML technologies.
  • Strong skills in front-end and back-end frameworks, API design and consumption, cloud platforms, database management, and problem-solving.
